1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 799pk ("799pk", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 799pk website located at https://799pk.app and all related casino, sports betting, crash games, and payment services offered therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the 799pk platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated herein by reference.

If you access 799pk from outside Pakistan, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. 799pk makes no representations that its services are lawful or available in any particular territory other than those it is licensed to serve.

2. Eligibility & Registration

You may only register and use a 799pk account if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout your use of the platform.
• You are not a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, entity, or organisation.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a 799pk employee where such registration would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously had a 799pk account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

By completing the 799pk registration process you warrant that the information provided — including your name, Pakistani mobile number, and any identity documentation submitted during KYC verification — is accurate, current, and complete. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.

799pk reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including CNIC or other government-issued identification) at any time and to suspend or close accounts where satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Your 799pk Account

One account per player. Each individual may hold only one active 799pk account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 799pk may close the duplicate(s) and, at its discretion, may void any bets placed or bonuses claimed from the duplicate account.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 799pk login credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 799pk will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.

Unauthorised access. You must notify 799pk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 799pk accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Inactive accounts. Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 799pk may charge a monthly administration fee on inactive accounts; players will be notified in advance of any such charge.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 799pk are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit and withdrawal methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash — instant deposits, same-day withdrawals for verified accounts. Minimum deposit Rs 500; maximum per transaction Rs 50,000.
• Easypaisa — instant deposits, same-day withdrawals for verified accounts. Minimum deposit Rs 500; maximum per transaction Rs 50,000.
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) — processed within standard banking hours. Minimum deposit Rs 1,000.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC identity verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot process withdrawals until a satisfactory CNIC or equivalent document has been reviewed and approved by the 799pk compliance team.

799pk does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own charges; these are outside 799pk's control and will not be reimbursed by the platform.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. 799pk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems potentially suspicious.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 799pk may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all 799pk promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, the wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Only one promotional offer may be active per player at any one time, unless explicitly stated.
• 799pk reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus funds already credited will be honoured subject to their applicable terms.
• Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any 799pk bonus, promotion, or referral scheme constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and suspension of the account.

6. Gameplay Rules

Each game category available on 799pk — including live casino (Dreams of Macao), online slots, crash games (Mines Grand), sports and cricket betting, and RNG table games — is subject to the specific rules displayed within that game or section. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during any game round, 799pk reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to the players' accounts. No compensation beyond the return of the staked PKR amount shall be owed in such circumstances.

All live casino game outcomes are determined by the actions of real dealers under controlled conditions. All RNG game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators. 799pk does not manipulate game outcomes and maintains audit logs of all game results.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 799pk platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering, using, or attempting to use 799pk while under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening, operating, or accessing more than one 799pk account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with 799pk games or the platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players in live games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage, matched betting strategies, or other forms of bonus abuse intended to generate risk-free profit from promotional offers.
• Attempting to exploit any software vulnerability, bug, or error in any 799pk game or platform feature.
• Using the 799pk platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Initiating chargebacks on deposits made to your 799pk account without first exhausting 799pk's internal dispute resolution process.

799pk reserves the right, upon detecting or suspecting any of the above conduct, to immediately suspend or permanently close the implicated account(s), void associated bets and winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR caps on deposits.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any 799pk content without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 799pk, its directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the 799pk platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from a third-party payment service failure, delay, or error.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if 799pk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 799pk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager on 799pk. The platform does not guarantee any return on any bet placed.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Amendments to These Terms

799pk reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.
